Medical Director Opportunity At BluePearl Fox Valley

BluePearl Fox Valley in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a collaborative, engaged, and passionate veterinary leader with several years of clinical experience to serve as Medical Director. In this role, you will lead a team of emergency and specialty clinicians while partnering closely with hospital leadership and the divisional team to foster a strong sense of community and uphold our standards of medical excellence.

The Medical Director will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to support relationships with veterinary partners and cultivate an engaging, supportive environment for all team members. The ideal candidate is self motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively and harmoniously with clinicians, staff, and referring veterinarians.

Key responsibilities include maintaining medical quality standards across patient care, client and referral partner satisfaction, and patient safety. This role also supports quality and operational initiatives, fosters a clinician driven culture, promotes a learning environment, and plays an active role in clinician recruiting, engagement, and retention.

Dedicated administrative time is provided to support success and allow for meaningful impact in the role.
