Job Summary 
The Dishwasher/Busser ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware. This role is vital in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment, allowing the culinary team to focus on food preparation and service. The ideal candidate is diligent, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
  • Ensure proper storage of cleaned utensils, cookware, and dishware.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables according to hygiene and safety guidelines. 
Kitchen Support 
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when required (e.g., peeling vegetables, moving supplies).
  • Help organize and replenish kitchen supplies.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
  • Follow all kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
