Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Guests, with aptitude in clienteling, maintaining strong communications and relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to obtain knowledge of products and services offered by James Free Jewelers.
  • Ability to Demonstrate and Add Value to the shopping experience at James Free Jewelers.
  • Maintain the brand image of James Free Jewelers, while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times.
  • Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation, and be responsible for the cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom.
  • Be able to respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.
  • At all times, ensure compliance with company loss prevention guidelines.

Knowledge and experience:
  • Lifestyle Consumer Goods, Enthusiasm in Fashion, Jewelry, Watches or Interest in Retail will be considered.
  • Well Balanced Retail Hours, Up to forty hours, with a five day work week.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
