Job description

CO Insurance Specialist is looking for a licensed customer service representative to join our growing team! We are a fast growing agency with a supportive atmosphere.

We are looking for someone that is experienced in Property and Casualty Insurance and is not afraid to reach out to potential new clients and help grow our company!

You will represent our local agency and act as a bridge between the insurance carrier and client. Attention to detail and knowledge of P&C insurance is preferred. There is an opportunity to earn commissions and increase income within the first year!

This is a position that allows flexibility, growth and immense opportunity. At CO Insurance Specialist you are in control of your future and we are here to help.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain a high level of customer service with current clients

  • Answer customer calls regarding new and existing insurance policies

  • Create insurance quotes and shop renewals

  • Assist with payments, policy changes, answering insurance related questions

  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to succeed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Property and Casualty insurance preferred

  • Licensed in the state of Colorado for P&C and Life & Health (must be able to obtain)

  • Must be enthusiastic to learn new systems

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Must be proficient with computers

  • Have excellent time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
