Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).


Consultative Sales: Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, auto, health, home, etc.).


Quote Creation and Policy Management: Prepare insurance quotes, complete applications, and ensure the clients policy details are accurately processed.


Customer Education: Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and potential risks to clients.


Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.


Ongoing Client Support: Provide exceptional post-sale service, assisting with policy adjustments, claims, and questions.


Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.


Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidates).


Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).


Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.


Self-motivated and goal-oriented.


Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Must have or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (Company will assist with licensing process).
