Job description

Our office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients while also assisting prospective customers with quotes and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our agency, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous insurance experience is not required; however, a current license is preferred.
