We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join an established insurance agency in the Round Rock area. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated, personable individual who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and growing within a professional sales environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish and is passionate about providing customers with personalized insurance solutions that help protect what matters most.


What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and members of the local community
  • Communicate with prospective customers and follow up on leads
  • Provide insurance quotes and help customers identify the coverage that best fits their needs
  • Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options
  • Develop new business through relationship building, referrals, and sales opportunities
