Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls to take payments and help answer insurance related questions. 
  • Make outbound phone calls to prospect for new insurance quotes and clients
  • Find prospects, quote them and close their business 
  • Cold-calling former clients to earn their business back
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Assist clients with inbound phone calls relating to claims, billing and insurance related questions.
  • Help clients with any products or coverages they may be missing
