Job Description Legal Assistant - Litigation Downtown Toronto Our client, a full service law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto is in need of a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its team. This is a full time permanent role. Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of a civil litigation practice.

Prepare, edit and complete all necessary correspondence and documentation Assist with the finalization of various litigation documents for Civil, Divisional and Court of Appeal including but not limited to: motion records, pleadings, notices, affidavits, affidavits of documents and bill of costs Handle daily administrative details Arrange meetings and calendar management Requirements: Three to five years' previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Litigation Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program Excellent knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure Microsoft 365 Suite of Applications If you are looking to join a friendly team of professionals look no further.
