Job description

The primary role of the Research Assistant is to assist in CREATE's  research activities in data science and digital health. The research assistant will contribute to a variety of projects, with primary focus on research in machine learning for remote patient monitoring, including conducting systematic scoping reviews of emerging literature. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 3 years of research experience, prior experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methods is considered an asset
  • Experience supporting research projects in a healthcare setting, collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience with data collection, management, and analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creating and maintaining accurate and robust documentation
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
