Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Immigration Administrative Assistant to support a growing immigration law practice through case management, client communication, and legal administrative support. In this role, you will help ensure immigration cases are handled accurately and efficiently while providing an exceptional experience for clients throughout the process. You will work closely with attorneys and legal staff, assist with document preparation, coordinate case activities, and manage important client interactions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, service-oriented, and passionate about supporting individuals through complex legal processes.
• Compensation Range: $1,150 to $1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
  • Assess and triage client needs to ensure proper follow up and support
  • Monitor case progress and maintain organized documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Conduct legal research as directed by attorneys
  • Draft legal documents, recommendation letters, and supporting case materials
  • Assemble and organize case packets for attorney review and approval
  • Coordinate with attorneys and team members to ensure timely case completion
  • Schedule consultations, meetings, and appointments with clients
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Draft and prepare immigration forms using Docketwise
  • Manage assigned immigration cases and maintain accurate records within case management systems

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Immigration Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Immigration Case Assistant, or similar role supporting legal, case management, or client service functions
