  • Serve as a shift lead when needed, helping guide daily workflow and priorities
  • Oversee cleaning and sanitation of dairy facilities
  • Assist with maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment, including robotic milking systems
  • Ensure the dairy is always attended; coordinate closely with supervisor to maintain coverage at all times

Schedule & Work Environment

  • This is a 6-day per week position with rotating shifts:
    • Morning to afternoon
    • Afternoon to evening
  • Schedule will rotate with the supervisor to ensure consistent coverage
  • One team member must always be available/on-call - this role requires flexibility and strong communication to coordinate coverage
  • This is a lifestyle role that requires awareness and attentiveness to the dairy at all times

What You'll Need

  • Prior livestock or agricultural experience is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in cattle care and dairy operations
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
  • Comfortable working in a farm environment and around animals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact with individuals of all ages

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in their work and cares deeply about animal well-being
  • Is dependable and understands the importance of consistency in a dairy setting
  • Is flexible and willing to step in where needed
  • Brings a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Is excited to learn and grow within a hands-on agricultural environment

Why You Want to Work Here

  • Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other supplemental health plans.
  • Paid Time Off
