Thomas College Men's Soccer is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Assistant Coach with a primary emphasis on recruiting in Maine and the broader New England region, with occasional recruiting responsibilities out of region and/or internationally. Preference will be given to candidates with a goalkeeping background who can provide daily goalkeeper training during team practices (though this is not required).
The qualified candidate will build and maintain a recruiting pipeline across Maine (priority), New England, and select out-of-region/international areas. Assist in planning and conducting training sessions and player development in alignment with the Head Coach's vision. Support match preparation, scouting/video, and game-day coaching. Assist with team operations including travel, equipment, and logistics. Uphold a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and student-athlete care. Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, NAC, and Thomas College policies.
Bachelor's degree is required. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel with the team as needed.
