Job Title: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Location: Hermitage Country Club, Manakin-Sabot, VA

Reports To: Food and Beverage Director

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Private Country Club is hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Working closely with Director of Food & Beverage, this position is responsible for assisting in the daily operational of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services, ensuring a high level of service, staff development, and member satisfaction.

Other duties include staff training, supporting and coaching staff with hands-on service, work with culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery, scheduling, managing front-of-house staff, handling member requests, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies when needed, and successfully planning and execution of club events, private events, and exceptional dining experiences.
