Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, including dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support audits and prepare required documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Support ERP and reporting system implementations or upgrades
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Investigate and resolve A/R and A/P discrepancies with Sales and Operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress) strong asset
  • 3 years of relevant experience in accounting & financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite)
  • Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is an asset
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, taxes and regulations an asset

  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel ; expérience avec des systèmes ERP (Oracle NetSuite)
