Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst supports the organization’s financial planning and analysis activities by preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with Operations to gain a thorough understanding of business processes, drivers, and performance metrics in order to enhance the quality and accuracy of financial analysis. Working collaboratively across departments, the Financial Analyst helps monitor performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Monitor financial performance and identify variances against budget and prior periods
  • Support leadership with data-driven analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Define, monitor and analyze financial KPI’s to track performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Compile and review financial statements and operational data to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations
