A confidential, growing industrial services company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and operational analysis across multiple business entities.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to deliver critical financial reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level presentations while helping drive operational efficiency and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends
  • Prepare bank reporting packages and executive-level presentations
  • Maintain revenue tracking and financial reporting tools
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist with external audits and reporting requests
  • Develop ad hoc reports and operational analyses for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
Strategic Finance Support
  • Assist with cash flow, balance sheet, and profit & loss reporting
