Salary from $80,170 to $82,000

No senior living experience necessary for the Assistant Executive Director.  We offer paid training to candidates with proven success in other management and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate is a well-organized leader with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They must also have experience in sales and marketing, business office management experience, and a passion for exceptional customer support. What Will You Be Doing? 

This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensure resident & family satisfaction.
  • Direct supervision of department heads and other staff members.
  • Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Human resources and business office duties.
  • Census development.
  • Financial oversight.
  • Compliance with state regulations.
  • Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.  
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Lead census development.

Qualifications

  • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
