PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The position of Assistant Executive Director will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff. The ideal candidate for the Assistant Executive Director position will have a desire to assume the key leadership role of Executive Director. This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and be licensed in the State of Maryland as an LNHA. Strong management and operation skills, strong math and budgetary skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
