Job Title: Birthday Party Sales & Event Manager
Job Overview: Energetic, results-driven manager to oversee birthday party sales, event planning, and guest experience. Focus on converting leads into bookings, coordinating logistics, and supervising the event team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage birthday party inquiries, bookings, and event planning
Convert leads into confirmed reservations via phone, email, and in-person consultations
Assist customers selecting party packages, upgrades, and add-ons
Coordinate party schedules and confirm event details with guests
Supervise party hosts and ensure high-quality event execution
Track bookings, sales performance, and event schedules
Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
