* Maximize solution performance and reliability through proactive, automated testing and issue mitigation while minimizing impacts associated with ongoing system patching and upgrades
* Ensure system reliability and continuity by developing and validating fault tolerance and disaster recovery plans for tool infrastructure

* System administration experience in Linux based systems
* Experience installing and supporting server-based DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, BitBucket, GitLab, Confluence, Coverity, Jenkins, IBM Rational products, and Microsoft Azure DevOps Server
* Experience working in development teams using Agile concepts and methodologies
