Job Location: Dusit Thani Guam Resort - Tumon, GU 96913

Position Type: Full Time

Control and supervise the sub-ordinates, for the smooth operation according to the duties of each responsibility. In charge of all repairs and maintenance work of Engineering Department. Execute plans and organize the current operations in ways of saving energy consumption and increasing productivity. Keep and maintain the tools and equipment in good condition and use materials economically, with safety precaution. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments for the smooth operation of the hotel.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Controls and supervises the sub-ordinates, for the smooth operation according to the duties of each responsibility.
  • Controls and keeps all the sub-ordinates disciplined in hotel regulations. Records and reports the performance of sub-ordinates to the Director of POMEC.
  • In charge of all repairs and maintenance work of Engineering Dept.
  • Coordinates and Cooperates with other Departments for the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Makes plans and organizes the current operations in ways of saving energy consumption and increasing productivity.
  • Keeps and maintains the tools and equipment in good condition and uses materials economically, with safety precaution.
  • Carries out any assignments as ordered from the higher levels.
