Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Administrative operations for the property management department. In addition, the person in this role will provide guidance and leadership to the administrative staff ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. The Assistant Manager will resolve owner inquiries by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions. They will make decisions and take action based on good judgment and resort standards. This position will assign and instruct front-line employees in tasks and procedures.

  • Starting Wage: $57,784.00 - $64,064.00

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that service standards are being applied consistently and all departmental policies and procedures are followed. Have up-to-date checklists in place.
  • Provide exceptional guest services.
  • Closely monitor the PM email channel and respond timely to all inquiries.
  • Manage delinquency reports and provide updates to managers and owner accounting.
  • Lead standup meetings to ensure department is ready for daily tasks and assignments.
  • Work with PM and VRM managers to provide support as needed or communications to stakeholders.
  • In charge of tracking furniture and cancellation revenue and necessary follow-ups.
  • Reconciliation of owner statements when necessary.
  • Create training manuals for all new hires and support on boarding PM managers.
  • Support owner portal changes and training owner how to use this tool.
  • Schedule HOA meetings and create BEO's as requested.

Job Requirements:

Required:

  • At least two years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

The expected pay range is $57,784.00 - $64,064.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
