Project Manager - Large Projects
Your main responsibilities
  • Support Major Projects sales efforts as needed
  • Lead the transition of large projects through financial award
  • Drive project handoff from award engineering supply chain
  • Partner closely with Project Managers throughout engineering and procurement, addressing risks and gaps early
  • Identify process gaps and establish best practices based on lessons learned
  • Manage the national installation resource schedule for major projects
  • Oversee major project assets (installation tools, project-specific equipment, etc.)

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in quotation management, Cadre, and major project costing
  • Strong resource planning and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex project transitions across multiple stages (award, engineering, supply chain)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Project Managers, to resolve issues proactively
  • Track record of improving processes and implementing best practices
  • Experience managing installation resources and project-related assets at scale


 

 
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting major projects within the construction industry
  • Knowledge of elevator systems preferred, including Application Engineering
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments, including indirect reporting structures
  • Background in construction project cost forecasting

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong business acumen with solid project management and capacity planning experience
  • Proven ability to manage internal processes and drive efficiency
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Lotus Notes

  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners

Base Salary $113,400 - $141,700

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
