Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Teammate to support the LA Clippers' Retail Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a passion for live sports/concerts, as well as a focus on retail technology/innovation and experience in a fast-paced retail operation.
The Warehouse Teammate will support the Clippers' retail warehouse operations at the Intuit Dome, including the processing of incoming products, organization of all warehouse spaces, and eCommerce fulfillment. This teammate will be responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals and working with fellow teammates to ensure all spaces remain clean/organized at all times. On a day-to-day basis, this role will take direction from the Assistant Manager and warehouse leads across receiving, eCommerce, and operations. The Warehouse Teammate will demonstrate excellent peer relationship skills and be able to work with many cross-functional partners.
To be considered, you should exhibit a successful history of working in a fast-paced, high-volume, warehouse operation. You should also be a team player who is passionate, obsessed with continually elevating the brand, and most importantly making a lasting impact in sports retail and merchandise.
This is a part-time position based at the Intuit Dome located in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games. Work hours will fluctuate based on event schedules and business needs.
What You Will Do
  • Process inbound inventory and verify the accuracy of shipping invoices.
  • RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) cycle counting and tagging of all inventory.
  • Accurately fulfill, pack, and ship eComm orders as directed by warehouse leadership.
  • Support day-to-day execution of replenishment, physical inventory, store resets, and similar warehouse projects as assigned.
  • Keep merchandise and warehouse spaces clean, accurate and organized at all times.
  • Adhere to established SOPs across all warehouse functions.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; comply with all safety policies.
  • Support retail operations during games, concerts, and other events.

Your Background, Skills and Experience
  • Warehouse/stocking experience.
  • eCommerce fulfillment experience.
  • Customer service/order issue resolution experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and multi-task are a must.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete work accurately and on time.
  • Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand, sit or remain in a stationary position during shift.
  • Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal.
  • Comfortable working at various heights.
  • Both indoor and outdoor environments; indoor conditions are generally air-conditioned, while outdoor conditions may include inclement weather such as direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, and wind.
  • Exposure to high noise levels and high vibrations.
