As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. What you'll do
• Support the Director of Nursing in providing leadership and oversight to the nursing team.

What you need
• Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
