Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Clerk. The Deputy Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the operations of the clerk's office by assisting with record-keeping, customer service, and administrative tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of local government and interact directly with members of the public.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to individuals seeking information or assistance from the clerk's office in person and over the phone.
  • Process transactions, accept payments, and issue various permits, licenses, and certificates according to established procedures.
