Bluebird Staffing is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a job in Glendive, Montana.

Job Description & Requirements

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Shifts: 2 weeks on (Monday-Friday 0700-1500), 1 week off - Rotating on call and weekend shifts
EMR: Cerner
Description: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will administer anesthesia, monitor patient's vital signs, and oversee patient recovery from anesthesia. The Nurse Anesthetist may assist surgeons or other physicians.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to perform or manage regional anesthetic techniques such as local, spinal, epidural, caudal, nerve blocks and intravenous blocks.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced understanding of anesthesia and other critical nursing skills.
  • Demonstrated patient care skills.
  • Ability to practice independently
  • Can show competence within Anesthesia Clinical Privileges
Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
  • Currently has a CRNA license in Montana (or obtains prior to the start date).
  • 1 year of CRNA experience required.
  • Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) credential.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
