Client Support & Credit Review Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Palmdale, CA
Schedule: Part-Time, 3–4 Days Per Week

NOLA CRS / NOLA Debt Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Support & Credit Review Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and providing exceptional client support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, fast learner, and strong communicator who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and scan client credit reports to identify accounts that may qualify for attorney review
  • Provide monthly updates to clients regarding account progress and services
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls as needed
  • Maintain detailed client notes and update records accurately
  • Send emails, text updates, and client communications in a timely manner
  • Enter and manage information using Excel spreadsheets and company databases
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties
  • Ensure all client files and information are organized and up to date
  • Support the team with additional tasks as the company grows

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual: English and Spanish required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and note-taking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
  • Comfortable working with emails, spreadsheets, and digital files
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
