The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, monitoring quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a high-performance sales culture centered on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Supervise and manage daily activities of Credit Repair Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Develop action plans to improve individual and team performance.
  • Assist representatives in closing complex sales opportunities.

Team Development
