We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our staffing team and work with healthcare facilities in Seattle, WA.Applicants must be located in Seattle or the surrounding area OR be willing and able to reliably travel to Seattle for scheduled shifts.

The CNA will provide quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses in fast-paced healthcare environments.

CNA Position Details
  • Location: Seattle, WA
  • Schedule: Per Diem
  • Shift Length: Typically 8-hour shifts
  • Shifts: Days and nights available
  • Must be able to reliably commute/travel to healthcare facilities in Seattle
Responsibilities
  • Observe, document, and report changes in patient activity and symptoms, including vital signs, respiration, discomfort, intake/output, weight, and bleeding.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Safely assist with moving patients between beds, gurneys, and wheelchairs.
  • Transport patients, belongings, supplies, equipment, specimens, and other materials as required.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations related to patient care.
  • Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients, families, nurses, and facility staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current Washington State CNA license
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
  • Minimum 18 months of hospital experience
  • Two positive professional work references
  • Successfully complete and pass required background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
  • Availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Seattle OR be willing and able to reliably travel to Seattle for work
  • Dependable transportation to assigned Seattle-area facilities
