Overview
At Piada Italian Street food we are passionate about food and hospitality. A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.
The Catering Driver is responsible for obtaining new sales, maintaining relationships/ building repeat catering sales with existing catering Guests, grassroots marketing, and ensuring a top notch catering experience.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Effectively execute every catering order with excellence
  • Responsible for maintaining existing Guest relationships and creating repeat catering sales
  • Communicate and interact with Partner and Chef Team to regularly report progress, developments and opportunities
  • Assists with catering orders and delivery logistics
  • Assists restaurants with production of catering orders
  • Motivates and supports Team Members with in-store training of catering operations
  • Proper knowledge of all catering Standard Operating Procedures, Packaging and Recipes
  • Responsible for offsite and special event set-up, operational execution, breakdown and cleaning of catering equipment
  • Participates in weekly chef meeting to discuss operations, sales goals and upcoming orders
  • Knowledgeable of Point of Sale and Catering Management Systems
  • Drives personal vehicle or company provided vehicle when applicable to deliver daily catering needs
  • Assist Catering Manager with Local Store Marketing strategies and standards

What You Need:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass a background and DMV check
  • Maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and the ability to follow through on a task to completion
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Is physically able to manage the set-up and delivery of catering orders
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and personal transportation required
  • Available weekdays with occasional night and weekend availability
  • Previous catering knowledge preferred
  • Food service, marketing or retail sales experience preferred
