What You'll Do

The Stock Associate (Basement Support Associate) is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, picking and shipping products for customers while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity.  


Responsibilities

  • Ensure products are easily accessible, constantly available, and properly distributed to the appropriate salesperson's selling location in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving, handling, and helping to manage the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verify quantities received match shipping documents.
  • Support stockroom organization by ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in merchandise replenishment of the store.
  • Organize and properly pack boxes in preparation for shipping.
  • Unload, break down and receive inbound merchandise.
  • Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.

  • Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time to multiple floors and stockrooms.
  • Process driven individual with an attention to detail.

  • Must have Sunday and evening availability.
  • Ability to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping software preferred.
