Job description

Pay based on experience | Requires flexibility to work various shifts
Do you flourish helping others in the mist of all the action? As a Cage Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise approximately 10 -15 Cashiers and Bankers. You will have a key role in the tracking process by maintaining security and accountability of all money and inventory transactions.
Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Cage Inventory Supervisor:
  1. Maintain security and accountability of all money and inventory transactions within Cage Inventory during their shift.
  2. Carry out supervisory responsibilities to include interview and hiring process; training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
  3. Verifying daily paperwork to find, record, and resolve variances.
  4. Address any guest inquiries or complaints and follow up with proper documentation.
  5. Count and verify all funds into assigned bank.
  6. Verify the transfer of funds to and from cage area.
  7. Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
  8. Provide instruction and assist Cage Inventory team members when needed.

What you need:
  1. The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Two years of cash handling experience.
