Principales responsabilites:

  • Planifier et coordonner les achats de biens, fournitures et equipements en collaboration avec les differents departements.
  • Gerer les appels d'offres, analyser les soumissions et assurer la conformite des processus d'approvisionnement.
  • Emettre les bons de commande et assurer le suivi des livraisons, contrats et achats specialises.
  • Effectuer des recherches de marche, evaluer les fournisseurs et participer a la selection des produits et equipements.
  • Negocier avec les fournisseurs, gerer les retours et resoudre les ecarts lies aux commandes.
  • Elaborer des previsions d'achats et assurer le suivi des inventaires.
  • Mettre a jour les donnees, catalogues et dossiers d'approvisionnement.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes internes et veiller a l'application des politiques et procedures d'achat.

Qualifications requises:

  • Diplome d'etudes professionnelles (DEP) en administration ou domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum d'un an d'experience en approvisionnement ou achats.

  • Experience en appels d'offres, redaction de documents contractuels et coordination de comites de selection.
  • Maitrise de Microsoft 365 et des logiciels d'approvisionnement.

The buyer meets with suppliers and maintains up-to-date pricing lists and product catalogs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate the procurement of goods, supplies, and equipment in collaboration with various departments.
    • Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
    • Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries, contracts, and specialized purchases.
    • Conduct market research, assess suppliers, and participate in the selection of products and equipment.
    • Negotiate with suppliers, manage returns, and resolve purchasing discrepancies.
    • Prepare purchasing forecasts and monitor inventory levels.
    • Maintain procurement records, catalogs, and supplier information.
