Job description

Full-time position at our head office in the heart of Old Quebec.

Please note that this role requires a physical presence on site.

The Buyer is at the heart of our operations and is the primary guardians of our fashion authority and our reputation of excellence.

This person operates at the crossroads of fashion and business. More specifically, they study cultural and fashion trends and apply commercial principles to them in order to offer our customer trend-forward assortments and products.

This person will undergo a training period before being appointed as a Buyer. During this time, they will hold the title of Buyer in training until they are able to independently perform all the responsibilities of the role.

Key responsibilities


  • Participate in the development and management of a multi-million-dollar buying budget.
  • Create a coherent and tasteful product assortment that aligns with our brand image.
  • Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to develop trendy and competitive products.
  • Implement commercial strategies to support inventory productivity, increase company profitability and maximize the activities of the sales teams.
  • Conduct ongoing market studies and analyses to identify or customers' needs and effectively meet them.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our international suppliers through seasonal business trips.

Desired profile


  • Have a bachelor's degree.
  • Have a strong passion for fashion.
  • Have a solid understanding of business management principles.
  • Be highly comfortable analyzing numbers and data.
  • Be able to make bold decisions and stand by your ideas, while also welcoming constructive feedback.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, in order to interact properly with various international suppliers.
  • Hold a valid passport to travel internationally.
