Job Description
Will supervisor Education Week classrooms in assigned building during BYU Education Week (August 17-21) to assure presenters have their audiovisual needs met before class begins and to help with other program tasks.
Must attend Building Supervisor training meeting on Tuesday, August 11, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and Hosting training meeting on Saturday, August 15, 8:00-11:30 a.m. (both paid meetings). Will work full-time hours the week of the program, August 17-21, therefore cannot work any other campus jobs during that week.
Must have regular and consistent attendance at scheduled shift.
Qualifications:
Need for maturity, responsibility, initiative and ability to communicate clearly and relate well with people. Assist presenters, be able to supervise and be supervised, and able to think and act independently. There is a lot of walking and some lifting and carrying of supplies.
