This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
  • Assist shift engineers with plant operations
  • Perform various water chemistry tests on boilers, chilled water, cooling towers, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Assist with boiler and chiller maintenance overhauls
  • General plant housekeeping

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Incumbent must possess and maintain a current State of Minnesota Second Class A Engineers License
  • Possess a current and valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work rotating shifts

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
