Sales Appointment Coordinator (Business Development Center)

Copeland Toyota is a family-owned dealership proudly serving the Brockton community for over 50 years. With a 200+ vehicle inventory and over 500 internet and phone leads per month, we are expanding our Business Development Center and looking to add motivated, reliable, and coachable professionals to our team.
This is a structured, fast-paced appointment-setting role in a high-volume automotive environment. If you are someone who enjoys staying busy, communicating with customers, and being rewarded for both effort and results, this opportunity can be highly rewarding.
We are seeking individuals who are consistent, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment where daily activity and results are measured.
Compensation (Performance-Based with Growth Potential)
- $20/hour base pay
- Weekly performance bonuses
- $10 per appointment that shows
- $20 additional bonus per vehicle sold from your appointment
- Total earning potential per show-and-sold opportunity: $30+
Estimated first-year earnings: $60,000–$75,000+ for consistent performers

Lead Environment (Warm, High-Intent Customers)
You will work a steady flow of real customers actively shopping for vehicles:
- Approximately 500 internet and phone leads per month
- Existing dealership customers
- Service customers considering upgrades
- Prior showroom traffic and follow-up opportunities
There is no cold calling list. However, success requires strong outbound follow-up and consistent communication.
What Your Day Looks Like
This is a high-activity, structured role where consistency is essential:
- 80–100 combined inbound and outbound calls daily
- Appointment setting with clear daily targets
- CRM updates and disciplined follow-up
- Fast response to internet leads
- Working within proven scripts and processes
Candidates who prefer low structure or limited phone activity will not succeed in this role.

Full-Time Schedule Options
We operate on structured schedules with limited flexibility:
Option 1:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Tuesday: Off
Friday and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
Option 2:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Saturday and Sunday: Off
Option 3:
Monday: Off
Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct outbound follow-up with active and past customers
- Set qualified, show-ready sales appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline
- Communicate clearly and consistently on every interaction
Minimum Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and phone confidence
- Ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Coachable mindset and willingness to follow process
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
