Working within a small team of 1-3 advisors and reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role balances customer engagement and operational duties to ensure efficient service scheduling, accurate estimate preparation, and thorough communication throughout the service process. No travel is required, and the focus remains on enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to understand service needs and provide accurate information
