Job description

Broward Health Corporate Spectrum

Provides personal secretarial clerical and administrative support services such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, office coordination, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned. Duties require a thorough knowledge of supervisor's areas of responsibility in order to gather data and prepare reports, answer correspondence, conduct projects, etc. Interacts with Board Members, Medical Directors, NBHD Executives, Community Leaders, etc.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

  • Four years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 360 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio strongly preferred.
