We offer a range of professional, scientific, and technology services. Our specific areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration.

We are actively seeking an experienced Administrator to support our civilian client in efforts to advance national security, foreign policy, and economic interests.

Work Description:

Our civilian client develops export control policies, issues export licenses, and prosecutes violators to heighten the nation's economic prosperity. As part of this, Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) advise the client on the technical parameters for export controls applicable to dual-use commodities and technology and on the administration of those controls. These committees meet multiple times per year and must be administered according to Federal Advisory Committee Act guidelines. The objective of this project is to enhance the Office of Technology Evaluation's ability to administer, manage, execute, and provide technical support to all TACs for the client Export Administration (EA).

In support of this program, the TAC Administrator will provide direct support in management, tracking, auditing, and execution in support of Technical Advisory Committee activities.

Responsibilities: The TAC Administrator will support tasks such as:

  • Coordinate and manage Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Meetings, planning, logistics, and administration.
  • Coordinate with TAC shareholders for the proper and lawful administration and documentation to support each committee and its constituents.
  • Draft and publish TAC meeting schedules in Federal Register.
  • Maintain records of committee membership and applicable data related to participation of TACs.
  • Audit and ensure strict compliance with Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) guidelines.
  • Provide general support and assistance to Emerging Technology Division Director as required.
  • Other duties as assigned to support OTE stakeholder engagement and other initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Secret level security clearance or higher
  • Confident in Microsoft suite of applications to include Share Point
  • Independent problem-solving
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
