The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional looking to grow their career in long-term care while working alongside an experienced Administrator in a dynamic and resident-centered environment.

The Assistant Administrator will help oversee the daily operations of the facility, support regulatory compliance, improve resident satisfaction, and assist with departmental performance to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Administrator with the daily operations of the facility.

  • Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Partner with department leaders to ensure operational excellence and quality resident care.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and assist with quality improvement initiatives.

  • Help oversee staffing, budgeting, customer service, and employee engagement.

  • Participate in survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.

  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.

  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
