Our client, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support its C-level executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage your client's daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations.

  • Take charge of calendar management and scheduling.

  • Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client's personal and professional growth.

  • Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client.

  • Establish strong relationships within your client's network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections.

  • Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements.
