Position Summary

The administrator reports directly to the Executive Director and provides operational support across all departments. This individual helps ensure the community operates efficiently, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional resident experience while assisting department leaders with daily operations and special projects.

The successful candidate will be a visible leader, an effective communicator, and someone who leads with professionalism, accountability, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

* Assist the Executive Director with the day-to-day operations of the community.

* Support department leaders in achieving operational and service excellence.

* Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations and community policies.

* Help oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

* Assist with resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and customer service initiatives.

* Provide leadership support and help resolve operational issues as they arise.

* Participate in community meetings, leadership rounds, and special projects.

* Serve as a professional representative of the community and its values.

Qualifications

* Required: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a continuing care retirement community.

* Experience supervising teams and working with multiple departments.

* Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented.

* Working knowledge of state and federal regulations within senior living.
