Contract- 3 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience to support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards. This mid-level role plays a critical part in financial reporting, analysis, and organizational decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure asset records and registrations are accurate, valid, and up to date
  • Perform monthly accounting calculations and process journal entries
  • Gather data and support month-end close activities
  • Maintain and update accounting records within the ERP system
  • Manage and reconcile the general ledger
  • Conduct financial and business data analysis; prepare and distribute reports
  • Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and monitor compliance with established budgets
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual internal financial statements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare account reconciliations and investigate variances
  • Perform monthly revenue analysis and provide variance explanations
  • Produce monthly trial balance variance explanations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines
