Job Overview
The Learning Experience is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career accounting professionals looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting within a multi-entity organization.
The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting while working closely with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support maintenance of general ledger accounts and accounting records
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate, organized, and complete
Reconciliations and Reporting
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
  • Support preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Help maintain reporting schedules and accounting documentation
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from the Accounting and Finance teams
Audit and Compliance Support
  • Assist with audit preparation and gathering supporting documentation
