Job description

This position will play a crucial role in administratively supporting our External Operations department, which manages our service provider network. This individual will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as wells as promoting AAA Northeast automotive opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable and enthusiastic about making phone calls and engaging with people over the phone.
What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management so they may achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
  • Independently uncover and qualify potential leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses (tow & road service companies) to guide them through AAA program requirements and document all activity.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.

Work Model:  Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote)

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible)

Compensation:  $24.75 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. preferred
Experience
  • 3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management required.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role which involves outbound calling required
