Job Description:

  • Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective channels including direct recruiting, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining and ATS databases.

  • Understands and uses sourcing to fill positions and create pipelines, leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, and has a comfort level with cold calling.

  • Acts as response mechanism for all internal and external candidate inquiries and responses.

  • Markets client open positions positively as "opportunities" and present the company as "choice employer" in markets across the country.

  • Maintain recruiting database for sourcing and tracking candidates while achieving OFCCP compliance at all times.

  • Maintains high-touch and proactive direct communication with candidates, client representatives and team members during the job/candidate cycle.

  • Participates in external meetings/conferences to network and keep abreast of current best practices and trends.

  • Provide reporting on open reqs/positions, resume tracking, number of interviews per position, number of days to fill a position, retention of new hires, on a regular basis.

  • Meet established hiring goals; maintain compliance with reporting structure.

  • Review job descriptions and edit if necessary to ensure accuracy prior to posting the requisition.

  • Represent the company at job fairs and other career events on an as needed basis.

  • Liaison with the Business Resource Center (BSC) for sourcing on high volume roles and interview scheduling.

Required Qualifications And Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in business, management, human resources, communications or other related discipline.

  • Must have a minimum of 0-3 years of successful, results oriented experience in recruiting or human resources with emphasis on recruiting, sourcing, recruitment coordination and selection.

  • Knowledge and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Workday preferred.

  • Understanding of employment law, recruitment and staffing metrics and general HR related practices.

  • Understanding of behavioral-based interviewing techniques and assessment skills.

  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced and empowered environment.

  • Highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
