Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the Restaurant team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
  • You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
