As an Asset Manager within PNC's Midland Loan Servicing organization, you will be based in office within the PNC Midland footprint.
Midland's Asset Management group works with a diverse group of clients, which includes some of the largest lenders and investors in the commercial real estate market and the largest subordinate bond investors in the CMBS market. Our portfolios provide a wide range of opportunities for our employees to expand their skill sets. We work with our clients to create a customized set of advisory services, including performing asset management, special servicing, evaluative and risk management strategies for complex debt and equity structures, due diligence, and asset valuations.

  • Oversees portfolios and/or Borrower requests of routine to medium complexity for securitized CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR or other portfolios comprised of loans secured by income producing commercial real estate.
  • Analyze various financial reports, including property operating statements, loan guarantor financials, loan level covenants, and market economic data. Review and interpret complex loan document and servicing agreement provisions.
  • Evaluates credit risk and proposes risk mitigants using a working knowledge of commercial real estate, industry terminology and real estate capital markets while adhering to established procedures.
  • Prepares and presents formal recommendations for approval in accordance with applicable delegations of authority.
  • Engages in frequent verbal and written communication with external parties which may include borrowers and their representatives, internal and external legal counsel, rating agencies, special servicers, and investors.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal business partners and leverages commercial real estate expertise to assist with cross-departmental decision making.
