Role Overview

The Asset Tokenization Product Lead will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products supporting tokenized digital assets across their full lifecycle. This role will drive the commercialization and scaling of tokenized assets by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies into clear product direction. The role will partner closely with technology, risk, legal, operations, distribution, and other product teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities

  • Lead product development across the endtoend asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution

  • Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions

  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks

  • Work with Distribution and clientfacing teams to identify client demand, support gotomarket strategy, and prioritize use cases

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets

  • Serve as a crossfunctional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services roles

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models

  • Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional product teams from concept through delivery

  • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital assets, blockchainbased products, or tokenized financial instruments

  • Familiarity with distributed ledger technology and digital asset platforms

  • Experience supporting the full asset lifecycle (issuance, custody, servicing, settlement, and reporting)

  • Background in regulated financial institutions with strong governance and risk management disciplines

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00
