As the Assembly/Machine Operator you will assemble, operate machinery, and perform quality checks on the products ensuring complete, accurate, and on-time products delivered to customers.Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes: Your Accountabilities in the RoleA. Creating a High-Quality Product (90% of the job)Counts material and products to ensure accuracy for the customer, as well as maintaining good inventory and expense control. Ensures all parts are within specifications as described in the processes. Advises management, if not, to ensure parts are returned for replacement/credit. Assembles products following specifications, instructions, or diagrams each time using hand tools, as required. Operates various machines with light set up, troubleshooting, and disassembly to keep product flowing. Ensures all processes are done in a high quality and efficient way to meet or exceed the needs of our customers. Confirms and applies appropriate labels on the products in a specific location to identify the product or parts accurately. Ensures all parts are inspected for quality and delivers to final inspection (where applicable) for a reliable product.B. Teamwork & Mentoring (5% of the job) Uses strengths and skills to mentor/assist others for a growing team atmosphere and to meet or exceed delivery dates and customer expectations.C.
